I just happened to be watching the Gryffindor Tower deleted scene from The Prisoner of Azkaban and noticed that Sir Cadogan seemed to be getting a wee bit frisky with a certain portrait. Now I’ve never given it much thought during previous viewings but I hadn’t been on the Harry Potter Studio Tour then. Now according the the tour, the portrait of the young woman in red robes and black hair is a young McGonagall. I feel fairly sure the portrait in the deleted scene is the same one as in the still pictures I took from the tour with the difference being the missing window and cat. I mean it looks pretty damn similar, right?
Minerva McGonagall, what were you doing with that knight? and why is non portrait Minvera not scolding something about “unhand me”, lol.
